Mind, Body, & Soul is Mezclada’s newest evening-length concert, premiering in August 2025 for Houston audiences at Midtown Arts & Theater Center Houston. The work is inspired by the judging system of breaking (also known as breakdancing), which made its historic Olympic debut at the 2024 Paris Games. The performance features Breaking Olympian Jeffrey Louis (B-Boy Jeffro) alongside his coach, Joel Aguilera, Artistic Director of Mezclada Dance Company.
